These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StudyLivo website, application, study rooms, services, features, and related products (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, joining a study room, or using any Platform service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

StudyLivo is a learning and study platform designed to help users study, collaborate, and access educational tools and resources.

The Platform may provide:

• Online study rooms
• Learning tools
• Collaboration features
• Educational resources
• Productivity features
• AI-powered features
• Community features
• Premium features

Features may change or evolve as the Platform develops.

2. Free Study Access

Our goal is to make the core study experience accessible to users without requiring a mandatory subscription.

Standard Study Access

Standard study-room access may be available free of charge.

Users may be able to:

• Join available study rooms
• Study independently
• Participate in permitted study activities
• Use standard learning functionality

The availability of particular rooms or features may depend on technical capacity, maintenance, security, or other operational requirements.

Free Does Not Mean Every Feature Is Free

The core study experience may remain free while certain advanced or optional features may require payment.

We will clearly identify paid features before requiring payment.

3. Advertising

The Platform may use advertising to support free access to standard services.

Advertisements may appear in appropriate areas of the Platform.

Advertising may help us:

• Operate our infrastructure
• Maintain the Platform
• Develop new features
• Support free study access

The availability, format, placement, and frequency of advertisements may change over time.

4. Paid Features

Some optional Platform features may require payment.

Paid features may include:

• Advanced study tools
• Premium productivity features
• AI features
• Additional customization
• Advanced analytics
• Ad-free access
• Other premium functionality

The applicable price and payment terms will be shown before purchase.

You will not be required to pay for an optional feature unless you choose to purchase it or otherwise agree to the applicable payment terms.

5. Ad-Free Access

Where available, StudyLivo may offer an official paid Ad-Free option.

The Ad-Free option may remove advertisements from eligible areas of the Platform.

Users must not intentionally manipulate, bypass, or interfere with Platform advertising systems to obtain benefits that are otherwise provided through a paid Ad-Free option.

If advertising interference is detected, we may:

• Ask you to disable the advertising blocker;
• Restrict affected functionality;
• Offer the official Ad-Free option; or
• Take enforcement action for repeated or deliberate system abuse.

We will not impose an undisclosed or retroactive charge merely because an advertisement was blocked. Any applicable payment obligation will be disclosed before the charge is incurred.

6. Creating an Account

Some Platform features may require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information;
• Keep your account information updated;
• Protect your login credentials;
• Not impersonate another person;
• Not use another person's account without authorization; and
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform:

• Lawfully;
• Respectfully;
• For its intended purposes;
• Without interfering with other users;
• Without attempting to compromise Platform security; and
• In accordance with these Terms and our Community & Safety Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Commit or facilitate illegal activities;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Conduct fraudulent activities;
• Distribute malware;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Attack or disrupt Platform infrastructure;
• Circumvent security controls;
• Abuse automated systems;
• Exploit the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• Share another person's private information without authorization;
• Conduct prohibited sexual or exploitative activities; or
• Circumvent an account suspension or permanent termination.

9. User Content

Where the Platform allows users to submit content, users remain responsible for the content they submit.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to submit that content.

You must not submit content that:

• Violates applicable law;
• Infringes another person's rights;
• Contains prohibited sexual or exploitative material;
• Harasses or threatens another person;
• Contains malicious software; or
• Violates our Community & Safety Policy.

We may remove or restrict content that violates our rules or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original materials, including software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy;
• Reproduce;
• Sell;
• Redistribute;
• Modify;
• Reverse engineer; or
• Commercially exploit

Platform materials without authorization.

11. Payments

Where paid services are available:

• Prices will be displayed before purchase.
• Applicable taxes may apply.
• Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
• Subscription terms will be displayed before purchase.
• Cancellation and refund rules will be governed by the applicable policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily restrict or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect users;
• Protect the Platform;
• Investigate serious violations;
• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Comply with applicable law; or
• Enforce these Terms.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent account termination.

A permanently terminated user must not create another account for the purpose of bypassing the termination.

13. Inactive Accounts

Inactivity by itself does not constitute misconduct.

However, an account that remains inactive for an extended period may be:

• Deactivated;
• Restricted;
• Archived; or
• Deleted in accordance with our applicable data-retention practices.

Where appropriate, we may provide an account-recovery or reactivation process.

14. Platform Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Updates;
• Technical failures;
• Security incidents;
• Infrastructure issues;
• Network problems; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Changes to the Platform

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

We may also introduce new paid services or modify existing functionality.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

16. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided for educational and productivity purposes.

We do not guarantee:

• Academic results;
• Examination results;
• Employment outcomes;
• Admission outcomes; or
• Any particular educational result.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudyLivo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may notify users through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of:

India

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction.
